Types of Services:

  1. Nutrition Counseling:

    -Initial Consultation (60-90 minutes): Comprehensive nutrition strategy session where we deep dive into your nutrition history and goals. Together, we’ll craft a personalized plan to achieve your goals while optimizing your nutrition and health. and work together to create a game plan to reach your goals and maximize your nutrition.

    -Follow Up Appointments (30-60 minutes): Check in, discuss what’s working, figure out what’s not and fine tune your plan to keep you moving towards your goals.

    -Charged per session or package options available: $180 initial appointments; $75 follow ups

    -3 Pack (Initial + 3 follow up sessions): $375

    -6 Pack (Initial + 6 follow up sessions): $575

    *Recommended for: nutrition counseling for chronic disease including blood sugar control, high blood pressure; allergy management

  2. Nutrition Coaching Program- Designed for individuals with basic nutrition understanding, our coaching program offers monthly goal-setting sessions and 3x/week journal reviews/check-ins. This program emphasizes gradual adjustments and provides support for maintaining a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

    Comprehensive package including:

    -1 goal setting call/month

    -Journal review and in app check ins 3x/week

    Available in 3 or 6 month packages

    3 Month package: $180/month

    6 Month package: $165/month

Physical Therapy Services

Return to sport injury rehabilitation: both post op and non operative injuries

Pain Assessment: Aches and pains? We will complete a comprehensive assessment to get to the ROOT of the cause, then come up with a plan to get you back to doing what you love.

Body work: You work hard, and your body works hard for you. Cupping, scraping, and assessment to keep you healthy and support the work you put in every day at they gym or on the court/field.

Injury Prevention Screening: We assess you to find your weak points and strengthen them BEFORE an injury occurs.
